The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Artist's Description
A cartoon from 1899 depicts a caricatured farmer leading a donkey labeled "TAXPAYER," which carries a large sack marked with "WAR" and "TARIFF." Both the farmer and donkey appear weary, suggesting commentary on the burden of military expenses and tariffs on the average taxpayer of the period. The artwork, inscribed with "Keppler, '99," reflects the political satire common in publications of the late 19th century.
